Here you would find different type of breads for you to choose from. Each recipe has a story, and carefully picked ingredients and we pay a close attention to every step during the process. Enhancing each loafs’ flavour and maximizing its’ nutritions, start with using strong sourdough levain(starter) and ferment our breads for long hours with a unique recipe for each loaf. We blend ancient, classic techniques with modern thinking, ideas, and good ingredients
Most of our pastry are developed through a fermentation process using a sourdough-based starter, each with its own unique recipe. We use finest ingredients with no preservatives, for maximum flavour, much to the delight of our customers.
