Our Story
The quest for a good, healthy and delicious meal with fresh and sustainable ingredients was hard to locate. Finding a unique, tasty yet simple and filing sandwiches and dishes was not an easy task. So we started ours.
At Urban Cottage our main goal is to bring forth the most complex, most robust taste from simple ingredients we use and present that taste inside mouthfuls of perfectly scrumptious recipes. Thatβs why we use the best raw ingredients in seasons for maximum flavour.
We dig beyond a recipe. We are hungry to understand each component that makes a good dish and deconstruct the science out of it.
